You can return one or more items to us within 14 days of the date our logistics department receives the package (as evidenced by the La Poste delivery slip). You will be eligible for a refund for non-sale items.
For sale items, only exchanges are possible. Returned items must be in possession of all tags and their original box. Pastelle Paris reserves the right to refuse any refund if your return does not meet the return conditions stipulated above.
Please note that during certain periods (sales, private sales, holidays, etc.), processing times may be slightly longer due to the volume of packages. Sale items and vouchers are non-refundable. However, exchanges are possible for sale items. In accordance with our general terms and conditions of sale, any worn, soiled, damaged, or unsellable item will not be refunded or exchanged.
Please note that personalized items are neither exchanged nor refunded. The 14-day period is counted from the drop-off of your package via the chosen delivery method (Post Office, Showroom Delivery, and Relay Point). It is important to note that your return package is your responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse. Remember to request and keep proof of postage with
a tracking number.

Refund
In the event of a return, we will only refund the price of the items invoiced. The refund method will be the same as the one used when paying for your order. It is not possible to change the payment method for the refund. If your initial order was paid for with a credit note and you wish to return it, no refund will be issued and your credit note will be reactivated. Shipping costs are not covered by Pastelle Paris.
If your return is greater than the credit amount, your credit will be reactivated and the difference will be refunded to you. You will be notified by email that your package has been received by our logistics team. We will then proceed to refund or issue a credit for the product(s), as agreed by email to contact@pastelleboutique.com, within 7 working days of receiving your package. Please check your spam folder.
All products purchased in a physical store (Boutique Levallois) or on sale or with a promotional code are exchangeable only. In the event of a refund, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless we made an error.
Steps for a refund
Free exchange or return to the Showroom
You can exchange your items free of charge at the Levallois Showroom (subject to availability of the desired size). The exchange and return service is available Monday to Friday.Pastelle Paris reserves the right to suspend this service at any time and without notice, particularly during periods of commercial operations or in the event of temporary or permanent closure of the Showroom. Exchanges are only accepted for size changes involving the same item model and color.
In case of request for an additional exchange for the same order, a credit note will be issued.
In the event of a refund, you will be reimbursed for all items invoiced, with the exception of delivery costs if the entire order is returned. Refunds will only be made by credit card.
Please note that initial delivery charges will not be refunded in the event of a partial return of ordered products. Pastelle Paris reserves the right, through its Sales Manager, to refuse the exchange if it does not follow the procedure described above.
After receiving your order, we will refund the returned product(s) online within 7 business days. The refund method will be the same as the one used when paying for your order. It is not possible to change the payment method for the refund. Exchanges and returns in store are free. When visiting the store, please bring the necessary identification. Store credits for online orders are not permitted.
