• Delivery provided by Colissimo & Chronopost.
• Shipping costs calculated for max. 5 pairs (supplement possible for more).
• Tracking available upon request by email.
• Customs fees and taxes may apply depending on your country of delivery and remain your responsibility.

Returns

You can return one or more items to us within 14 days of the date our logistics department receives the package (as evidenced by the La Poste delivery slip). You will be eligible for a refund for non-sale items.

For sale items, only exchanges are possible. Returned items must be in possession of all tags and their original box.

Refunds

As soon as our logistics team receives your package, you will receive a confirmation email. Your refund or credit reactivation will then be processed within 7 business days.

In the event of a return, only the amount of the invoiced items will be refunded. The refund will be made using the same payment method used when placing your order.

Shipping costs are your responsibility and are not reimbursed by Pastelle Paris.
